CANCELLATION POLICY
**The Sculpt Factory Cancellation Policy** At The Sculpt Factory, we understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for busy parents. However, to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service and that our schedule runs smoothly, we have implemented a cancellation policy. Please read our policy carefully. **Deposit and Appointment Confirmation** - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment. - Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. **Cancellation and Rescheduling** - **Cancellations:** If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will transfer your deposit to your new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled appointment. **No-Shows** - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. **Late Arrivals** - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment to ensure we can provide you with the best service. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book the rescheduled appointment. **Emergency Situations** - We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
